My name is Brittanie, and I’m the woman behind confessions of a budgetholic, where I share my incredible journey of conquering financial adversity through the power of budgeting.
As a divorcee and mom to two wonderful sons, I knew I had to set a strong example for them. My journey isn’t just about financial freedom; it’s about teaching my sons the invaluable lessons of budgeting and responsible money management from an early age.
Budgeting isn’t just about making more money; it’s about making every dollar count. I trimmed the fat from my budget, cut out unnecessary expenses, and optimized every dollar spent. I also embraced hard work, overtime, and side gigs to rid myself of debt.
